Nile perch with shiso leaves and grated salt
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Nile perch fillet (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- A little salt (for fillets)
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 2 teaspoons salad oil
- 30g daikon radish
- 1 shiso leaf (1g)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Peel the daikon radish, grate it, and drain quickly in a colander.
- 2 Finely chop the shiso leaves.
- 3. Put "1", "2" and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- 4Sprinkle salt on the Nile perch and coat in flour.
- 5. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry "4" on both sides until golden brown.

Steam convection cooking
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the Nile perch and coat with flour.
- 2 Place "1" in a hotel pan lined with parchment paper.
- 3 Spray with oil spray and bake in combination mode (30%) at 200-230°C for 10 minutes.
