Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Black Rockfish 60g
- 0.30g salt
- <Seasoning A>
- 7g white miso
- 2g sugar
- 3g mirin
- <Side dish>
- Japanese white radish
- perilla
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the black rockfish.
- 2 Mix A well and marinate the black rockfish.
- 3 Grill on a fish grill for 7 to 8 minutes, checking carefully.
- 4 *Cover any parts that may burn when grilled with foil.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the black rockfish.
- 2 Mix A well and marinate the black rockfish.
- 3 Place in a preheated steam convection oven and bake at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
