Steamed black rockfish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Black Rockfish 60g
- 3g of sake
- <Seasoning A>
- 4g soy sauce
- 4g vinegar
- 2g sugar
- <Side dish>
- Silken beans
- carrot
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Place a baking sheet in a preheated steamer, place the black rockfish on top and pour sake over it.
- 2 Heat for 8 to 9 minutes, checking the condition while cooking.
- 3 Mix the seasonings in A and add them just before serving.
- 4 *Although vinegar is used, it is not very sour.
- 5 *If you are concerned about choking, bring to a boil in a pot.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Place a baking sheet in a perforated hotel pan, place the frozen black rockfish on top and pour sake over it.
- 2. Add chopped vegetables (those that soften quickly can be added later).
- 3 Heat in steam mode for 10 minutes.
- 4 Mix the seasonings in A and add them just before serving.

Also, when cooking large quantities, the thickness of the fish, and the type of fish will affect the finished product, so please adjust the heating time and temperature when cooking.
