Braised black rockfish with ginger
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Black Rockfish 60g
- 100cc of water
- 6g soy sauce
- 3g mirin
- 3g sugar
- 2.5g of sake
- 5g ginger
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Slice the ginger.
- 2. Put water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake into a pot.
- 3 Add frozen black rockfish fillets and ginger to 2, cover with a paper towel and simmer.
- 4 After cooking, remove the scum with a paper towel and give the surface of the fish a glossy finish.
