  • 100cc of water
  • 6g soy sauce
  • 3g mirin
  • 3g sugar
  • 2.5g of sake
  • 5g ginger

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1 Slice the ginger.
  • 2. Put water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake into a pot.
  • 3 Add frozen black rockfish fillets and ginger to 2, cover with a paper towel and simmer.
  • 4 After cooking, remove the scum with a paper towel and give the surface of the fish a glossy finish.
