Sauteed mocha with ketchup sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 piece of mocha fillet 60g
- Appropriate amount of flour
- salad oil (appropriate amount)
- <Seasoning A>
- 10g ketchup (2 teaspoons)
- 12g (2 teaspoons) medium-thick sauce

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the flour-coated mocha on both sides until golden brown, then cover and cook over low heat until cooked through.
- 2Make the batter in two bowls and pour it over the mouka in a serving dish.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. While still frozen, coat the mocha in flour.
- 2 Place the floured mocha in a hotel pan and bake in combination mode at 230°C with 30% steam for 9 to 10 minutes after preheating.
- 3 Mix together the seasoning A and pour over "2" until thoroughly coated, then serve in a serving dish.
