Fried hake with shiso
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus hake fillet 60g 1 piece
- 15g flour
- 1/2 egg
- 25ml water
- 2 pieces of shiso
- salad oil (frying oil) appropriate amount
- 30ml ponzu sauce
Cooking in a frying pan
- Beat 1 egg, add water and flour and mix well.
- 2. Chop one shiso leaf and mix it into (1).
- 3. Coat the frozen hake with (1) and fry in hot salad oil.
- 4 Place the remaining shiso leaves on a plate and serve with ponzu sauce.

- 1. Use cold water and eggs for the batter and be careful not to overmix.
