Stewed codfish with plum
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 8g pickled plums (seasoned)

- 3g soy sauce
- 2.5g mirin
- 2.5g of sake
- 1g sugar
- 75cc of water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. (Adjust the amount of water depending on the size of the pot.)
- 2 Add the pickled plums and seasonings A and simmer.
