  • Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
  • 100g dashi stock
  • 10g daikon radish
  • 5g carrots
  • 8g fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 7g silken beans
  • <Seasoning A>
  • 3g soy sauce
  • 3g mirin
  • 0.5g sugar
  • 0.3g salt
  • a little pepper

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Thinly slice the daikon radish, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and snow peas.
  • 2. Heat the stock in a pot, add the menuke and the vegetables from step 1, and simmer.
  • 3 Add seasoning A and simmer.
  • 4. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with pepper.
