Simmered Pacific cod
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 100g dashi stock
- 10g daikon radish
- 5g carrots
- 8g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 7g silken beans
- <Seasoning A>
- 3g soy sauce
- 3g mirin
- 0.5g sugar
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Thinly slice the daikon radish, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and snow peas.
- 2. Heat the stock in a pot, add the menuke and the vegetables from step 1, and simmer.
- 3 Add seasoning A and simmer.
- 4. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with pepper.
