Western-style steamed cod
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- plus menuke fillet 60g
- 0.8g salt
- a little pepper
- 1g garlic
- 2g olive oil
- 5g white wine
- <A>
- 20g cherry tomatoes
- 20g onion
- 10g yellow paprika
- 15g zucchini
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Finely chop the garlic, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and cut the onion, pepper, and zucchini into 1cm cubes.
- 2. Season the menuke with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread out a baking sheet and place the vegetables (A), garlic, and onion on top.
- 4. Pour olive oil and white wine over the top, wrap in parchment paper, and heat in a steamer for 12 to 13 minutes.
- 5 *You can use any colorful vegetables.
Steam convection cooking
- 1Preheat in steam mode.
- Place the fish wrapped in cooking paper in a two- hole baking pan and steam for 15 to 17 minutes.
