Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
  • 0.7g salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2g oil
  • 1g butter
  • 2g flour
  • 2g white wine
  • <Side dish>

  • cherry tomatoes
  • lemon

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Season the menuke with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Coat the fish in flour (it's easiest to coat it in a plastic bag).
  • 3. Heat oil in a frying pan or similar, add the menuke from step 2, pour in wine, cover and steam.
  • 4 After cooking for 6.5 to 7 minutes, add the butter to the frying pan just before turning off the heat and mix well.

  • 1. Mixing flour with curry powder, powdered cheese, chopped parsley, etc. will give it a different flavor.
