Menuki Kimchi Hotpot
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 60g Chinese cabbage
- 15g green onion
- 10g chives
- 15g Chinese cabbage kimchi
- [A]
- 9g soy sauce
- 4.5g mirin
- Sake 2.5g
- 90cc of water
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Roughly chop the Chinese cabbage, diagonally cut the green onions, and cut the chives into 4-5cm pieces.
- 2. Put water and seasoning A into a pot and bring to a boil, then add the frozen menuke and Chinese cabbage and simmer.
- 3 Once the stew is cooked through, add the cabbage kimchi, green onions, and chives, boil briefly, and then turn off the heat.
