Grilled codfish with sesame and honey
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 0.3g salt
- <Seasoning A>
- 4g sesame paste
- 2g soy sauce
- 2g honey
- <Side dish>
- Komatsuna
- carrot
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the menuke.
- 2 Grill on a fish grill for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 3 Mix A well and spread on the menuke, then bake for another minute or so, checking the condition while cooking.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Sprinkle salt on the menuke.
- 2. Arrange the menuke and spread the well-mixed A on top.
- 3 Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
