Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
  • 0.3g salt

  • 4g sesame paste
  • 2g soy sauce
  • 2g honey

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the menuke.
  • 2 Grill on a fish grill for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • 3 Mix A well and spread on the menuke, then bake for another minute or so, checking the condition while cooking.

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the menuke.
  • 2. Arrange the menuke and spread the well-mixed A on top.
  • 3 Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
