- Plus Menuki (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- Water 150.0g
- 1.5g white sesame seeds
- <Seasoning A>
- 4.5g soy sauce
- 6g mirin
- 0.5g sugar
- Sake 3.0g

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, add seasonings A and menuke, cover and simmer.
- 2 When the sauce has reduced, add the sesame seeds.
