Grilled rockfish with yogurt
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Rockfish (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 15g yogurt
- 10g miso
- 3g honey
- [Side dish]
- broccoli
- potatoes
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Mix the yogurt, miso, and honey well.
- 2. Coat the frozen rockfish with (1) and arrange them on a steam convection oven tray. Spread any remaining (1) on the arranged rockfish.
- 3 Heat the above 2 in a preheated steam convection oven.
- 4 Serve with steamed potatoes and broccoli.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. Because the rockfish burns easily, lightly wipe off any yogurt that may be on the rockfish with a paper towel before grilling.
