Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Mini Rockfish Fillet (Boneless) 40g 1 piece
  • a little salt
  • 9g okra
  • 1/3 teaspoon (2g) soy sauce

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1.Sprinkle salt on the frozen rockfish.
  • 2 Fry both sides in a frying pan.
  • 3. Quickly boil the okra until golden brown, then place in cold water, finely chop, and season with soy sauce.
  • 4. Place the rockfish from ② in a bowl and pour the sauce from ③ over it.

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the frozen rockfish and arrange them in a hotel pan, making sure they do not overlap.
  • 2 Heat in a preheated steam oven on combination mode at 230°C with 30% steam for about 7 minutes.
  • 3. Quickly boil the okra until golden brown, then place in cold water, finely chop, and season with soy sauce.
  • 4. Place the rockfish from ② in a bowl and pour the sauce from ③ over it.
  • * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
