Marinated rockfish with purple onion
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Rockfish (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- a little salt and pepper
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 0.5 to 1g salad oil
- 25g purple onion
- 15g yellow pepper
- a little dill

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen rockfish and coat with flour.
- 2. Cut the purple onion and yellow pepper into thin strips, sprinkle with salt, leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
