Deep fried John Dory with grated daikon radish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus John Dory (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
- 4g potato starch
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 40g daikon radish
- 20g cucumber
- Mentsuyu (triple thick) 7.5g

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1.Sprinkle salt and pepper on the John Dory.
- 2 Coat with potato starch and fry at 170°C for 7 to 8 minutes, checking carefully.
