  • 25g onion
  • 1 teaspoon salad oil
  • 3g butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 75ml milk
  • 25ml water

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. While still frozen, sprinkle salt and pepper on the John Dory, leave for 15 minutes, then coat with flour.
