Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Coat frozen John Dory with potato starch.
  • 2. Add salad oil to a frying pan and arrange [1] (using a little more oil will give a nicer finish).
  • 3 Heat over medium heat, turning over halfway through and frying both sides thoroughly.
  • 4. Put salt and green laver in a bowl and mix

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Coat frozen John Dory with potato starch.
  • 2. Place a baking sheet in a hotel pan, arrange [1], and drizzle with spray oil (salad oil).
