Lemon-marinated mackerel
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- 0.5g salt
- a little pepper
- 3g potato starch
- 12g olive oil
- 10g onion (thinly sliced)
- 6g olive oil (1 1/2 teaspoons)
- <Seasonings>
- 3g lemon juice
- 3g vinegar
- 3g olive oil (1 1/2 teaspoons)
- 0.5g salt
- a little pepper
- 1/2 lemon slice
- Parsley as needed
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the onion into thin wedges and the lemon into chrysanthemum slices.
- 2. Put the onion and seasonings from step 1 into a bowl and mix to make the marinade.
- 3 Sprinkle salt and pepper on the mackerel and coat with potato starch.
- 4. Add olive oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, and brown ③ on both sides.
- 5 Marinate ④ in ② for at least 30 minutes, then place in a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
Steam convection cooking
