  • 60g marlin fillet (bone removed)
  • 0.3g salt

  • Tomato ketchup 7.5g
  • 1g sugar
  • 0.2g salt
  • 2g oil

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Season the marlin with salt and pepper.
  • 2 Grate the onion and garlic.
  • 3. Put A into a bag or bowl, mix well, and marinate the swordfish from step 1.
  • 4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the swordfish (A) after thoroughly removing the yogurt sauce.
  • 5 Add B to the yogurt sauce A in which the marlin has been marinated and mix well.
  • 7. Add 5 to the frying pan from which the marlin was removed and heat to make the sauce.
  • Place the swordfish in 8 bowls and pour the sauce from step 6 over it.
  • 9. Garnish: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shelled oysters
