Tandoori marlin
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 60g marlin fillet (bone removed)
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
- [A]
- Plain yogurt 25g
- 7.5g onion
- 0.5g garlic
- 0.5g curry powder
- [B]
- Tomato ketchup 7.5g
- 1g sugar
- 0.2g salt
- 2g oil
- [Side dish]
- lettuce
- cherry tomatoes

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Season the marlin with salt and pepper.
- 2 Grate the onion and garlic.
- 3. Put A into a bag or bowl, mix well, and marinate the swordfish from step 1.
- 4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the swordfish (A) after thoroughly removing the yogurt sauce.
- 5 Add B to the yogurt sauce A in which the marlin has been marinated and mix well.
- 7. Add 5 to the frying pan from which the marlin was removed and heat to make the sauce.
- Place the swordfish in 8 bowls and pour the sauce from step 6 over it.
- 9. Garnish: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shelled oysters
