Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 piece of marlin fillet 60g
  • a little pepper
  • 4g oil
  • 40g onion
  • 2.5g ginger
  • 6g soy sauce
  • 6g mirin
  • 5g of sake
  • [Side dish]
  • lettuce
  • cucumber

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Sprinkle pepper on the marlin.
  • 2. Thinly slice the onion and grate the ginger.
  • 3. Add oil to a frying pan, add the swordfish, sprinkle with sake, cover and steam.
  • 4 Turn the swordfish over, add the onions, cover and continue steaming.
  • 5 Once the swordfish is cooked, add a mixture of grated ginger, soy sauce, and mirin to season.
  • 6 Garnish: lettuce, cucumber
