Marlin ginger fried
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 piece of marlin fillet 60g
- a little pepper
- 4g oil
- 40g onion
- 2.5g ginger
- 6g soy sauce
- 6g mirin
- 5g of sake
- [Side dish]
- lettuce
- cucumber
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle pepper on the marlin.
- 2. Thinly slice the onion and grate the ginger.
- 3. Add oil to a frying pan, add the swordfish, sprinkle with sake, cover and steam.
- 4 Turn the swordfish over, add the onions, cover and continue steaming.
- 5 Once the swordfish is cooked, add a mixture of grated ginger, soy sauce, and mirin to season.
- 6 Garnish: lettuce, cucumber
