Fried marlin
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 piece of marlin fillet 60g
- a little pepper
- 0.30g salt

- 4g eggs
- 4g flour
- 5g water
- Breadcrumbs (dry) 4g
- 8g medium-thick sauce
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Partially thaw the marlin.
- 2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
