Deep fried marlin with corn flakes
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 piece of marlin fillet 60g
- a little salt and pepper
- 12g corn flakes
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- <Batter>
- 4g flour (just over 1 teaspoon)
- 7g egg (1/8 egg)
- A little water
- <Side dish>
- Deep-fried spring roll wrapper helmet
- Boiled quail eggs
- cherry tomatoes
- Baby leaves
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Put the batter ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- 2. Crush the corn flakes finely and place in a bowl.
- 3.Season the marlin with salt and pepper, dip in the batter, and sprinkle with the corn flakes (step 2) all over.
- 4. Deep fry slowly in 160°C oil until cooked through, then serve.
