Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 piece of marlin fillet 60g
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 12g corn flakes
  • Frying oil (appropriate amount)

  • 7g egg (1/8 egg)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Put the batter ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Crush the corn flakes finely and place in a bowl.
  • 3.Season the marlin with salt and pepper, dip in the batter, and sprinkle with the corn flakes (step 2) all over.
  • 4. Deep fry slowly in 160°C oil until cooked through, then serve.
