Steamed cod with tofu
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus cod fillet 60g
- 50g firm tofu
- 10g eggs
- 6g carrots
- 2g green onions
- 1g sugar
- 0.3g salt
- 3g soy sauce
- <Side dish>
- Boiled dried radish, pleated lettuce
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Drain the firm tofu thoroughly.
- 2. Finely chop the carrots and parboil them, then finely chop the green onions.
- 3 Blend the firm tofu until smooth, then mix in the beaten eggs, carrots, green onions, sugar and salt.
- 4. Place a baking sheet in a steamer, arrange the frozen cod pieces, and pour the mixture from step 3 over each piece.
- 5 Heat for about 8 to 9 minutes while checking the condition.
- 6 Add soy sauce to taste before eating.
- 7 *You can increase your protein intake by adding tofu.
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Drain the firm tofu thoroughly.
- 2. Finely chop the carrots and parboil them. Finely chop the green onions.
- 3 Blend the firm tofu until smooth, then mix in the beaten eggs, carrots, green onions, sugar and salt.
- 4. Line a perforated hotel pan with baking paper, arrange the frozen cod pieces, and pour the mixture from step 3 over each piece.
- 5 Heat in steam mode for 10 minutes.
- 6 Add soy sauce to taste before eating.
