Cod and turnip soup

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus cod fillet 60g
  • 50g turnip (1/2)
  • 10g carrots
  • 5g celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated consommé
  • 100ml water
  • a little salt and pepper
  • A little parsley (chopped)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • Peel 1 turnip and cut into quarters lengthwise. Cut the carrot into thin rings and the celery into thin strips.
  • 2. Put (1), granulated consommé, and water into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the cod fillets and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • 3 Season with salt and pepper, pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
