Cod and turnip soup
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus cod fillet 60g
- 50g turnip (1/2)
- 10g carrots
- 5g celery
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated consommé
- 100ml water
- a little salt and pepper
- A little parsley (chopped)
Cooking in a frying pan
- Peel 1 turnip and cut into quarters lengthwise. Cut the carrot into thin rings and the celery into thin strips.
- 2. Put (1), granulated consommé, and water into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the cod fillets and simmer for 6 to 7 minutes.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper, pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
