Marinated Black Rockfish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Black Rockfish 60g
- a little salt and pepper
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 2 teaspoons salad oil
- 30g purple onion
- 1/2 lemon slice
- Dill (or parsley) as needed

- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the frozen black rockfish and coat with flour.
- 2 Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and brown both sides, then arrange on a tray.
- 3. Cut the purple onion into thin wedges. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Put the seasonings and purple onion into a bowl, mix well, and pour over ②.

Steam convection cooking
