Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Mini Blackfly 30g, 1 slice
  • 0.3g salt
  • 1.5g flour
  • 2g (1/2 teaspoon) oil (spray oil)
  • 1/2 slice of bread (25g)
  • (Cut diagonally into 8 slices)
  • 2g tomato ketchup
  • 1 cherry tomato (10g)
  • 2g green peppers
  • 4g pizza cheese

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the frozen flounder.
  • 2. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and roughly chop the bell peppers.
  • 3. Drain [1] with a paper towel and coat with flour.
  • 4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry [3] on both sides over low to medium heat.
  • 5 Cut the bread into two slices and spread tomato ketchup on each.
  • 6 Place the cooked flounder, tomatoes, and peppers on top of [5] and sprinkle with pizza cheese.
  • 7 Bake in the oven or toaster oven until the cheese is melted.

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the frozen flounder.
  • 2. Roughly chop the tomatoes and peppers after removing the stems.
  • 3. Drain the water from [1] with paper towels, coat with flour, arrange in a hotel pan, and drizzle with oil (spray oil) on top.
  • 4 Preheat the oven to 230°C/30% steam in combination mode for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 5. Cut the bread into two slices and spread tomato ketchup on each slice.
  • 6 Place the cooked flounder, tomatoes, and peppers on top of [5] and sprinkle with pizza cheese.
  • Bake in oven mode 7 until the cheese is melted.
  • * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
