Squid legs with green onions and miso mayonnaise
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 200g cut squid legs
- 1/2 bunch of green onions
- Peanuts (as needed)
- 1 tomato
- (Miso mayonnaise)
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of white miso
- 1 small spoonful of sugar
- a little salt
- a little mustard
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Boil the cut squid legs in water with sake and salt.
- 2. Boil the green onions and cut them into 3cm pieces.
- 3. Combine the miso mayonnaise seasonings and mix (1) and (2).
- 4. Place the tomatoes on a plate, top with (3), and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
