Deep-fried Atka mackerel with green laver
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Atka mackerel fillet 60g
- 0.6g salt
- a little pepper
- 5g potato starch
- 0.15g green laver
- Appropriate amount of oil
- garnish
- Mizuna
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Atka mackerel.
- 2. Mix potato starch and green laver thoroughly and coat the Atka mackerel with the mixture.
- 3 Fry at 170℃ for 7 to 8 minutes, checking carefully.
