  • Plus Atka mackerel fillet 60g
  • 0.3g salt
  • 130g rice
  • 3g pickled ginger
  • 1/2 shiso leaf
  • 0.5g white sesame seeds

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the Atka mackerel and grill it on a fish grill for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • 2. Thinly slice the sweet and sour pickled ginger and shiso leaves. Shred the grilled Atka mackerel.
  • 3 Mix shredded Atka mackerel, sweet and sour pickled ginger, shiso leaves, and ground white sesame seeds into the rice.

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Sprinkle salt on the Atka mackerel.
  • 2 Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking carefully.
  • 3. Thinly slice the sweet and sour pickled ginger and shiso leaves. Shred the grilled Atka mackerel.
  • 4 Mix the shredded Atka mackerel, sweet and sour pickled ginger, shiso leaves, and ground white sesame seeds into the rice.
