Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Atka mackerel fillet 60g
  • 0.3g salt
  • a little pepper
  • 2g flour
  • 4.5g eggs
  • Breadcrumbs (dry) 3.5g
  • frying oil
  • 45g canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 10g onion
  • 1g olive oil
  • 25cc of water

  • 1g sugar
  • 0.3g salt
  • A little basil powder
  • a little pepper
  • <Side dish>
  • Lemon, parsley

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Chop the onion finely.
  • 2 Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions.
  • 3 Add water and canned tomatoes, then add A and adjust the flavor.
  • 4Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Atka mackerel, then dip it in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.
  • 5 Fry the Atka mackerel from step 4 at 170℃ for about 6 minutes, checking the condition while frying.
  • 6. Place the basil tomatoes from step 3 in a serving bowl and top with the fries.
