Fried Atka Mackerel with Basil and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Atka mackerel fillet 60g
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
- 2g flour
- 4.5g eggs
- Breadcrumbs (dry) 3.5g
- frying oil
- 45g canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 10g onion
- 1g olive oil
- 25cc of water
- <A>
- 1g sugar
- 0.3g salt
- A little basil powder
- a little pepper
- <Side dish>
- Lemon, parsley
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Chop the onion finely.
- 2 Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions.
- 3 Add water and canned tomatoes, then add A and adjust the flavor.
- 4Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Atka mackerel, then dip it in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.
- 5 Fry the Atka mackerel from step 4 at 170℃ for about 6 minutes, checking the condition while frying.
- 6. Place the basil tomatoes from step 3 in a serving bowl and top with the fries.

- 1 Tomatoes contain umami compounds.
