Steamed Hoki with Lemon
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Hoki 60g, 1 slice
- a little salt and pepper
- 3 lemons (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- <Seasoning liquid>
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 3g butter
- 50ml water
- a little salt and pepper
- Garnish with baby leaves
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the hoki.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry ① on both sides.
