Deep fried hoki with sweet chili sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus hoki fillet 60g
- 0.3g salt
- a little pepper
- 2.5g potato starch
- frying oil

- 15g vinegar
- 4g sugar
- 0.2g garlic
- 0.3g salt
- A little red chili pepper

- Fried vegetables (pumpkin, eggplant, bell pepper, onion)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the hoki and coat with potato starch.
- 2. Grate the garlic and finely chop the red chili pepper.
- 3 Put A into a pot, heat, and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 4. Deep fry the hoki from step 1 at 160-170℃ for about 8 minutes.
- 5 Just before serving, pour the sweet chili sauce from step 4 over the fried hoki.
