Silver salmon baked in foil
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Silver Salmon fillet 60g x 1 piece
- 2.5g of sake
- 15g shimeji mushrooms
- 15g taro
- 3g carrots
- <A>
- 6g miso
- 1.5g sugar
- 4g mirin
- 1g of sake
- 0.5g ground white sesame seeds
- [Side dish]

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the taro into bite-sized pieces and parboil. Cut the shimeji mushrooms into small pieces and thinly slice or cut out the carrots.
- 2 Place the silver salmon on aluminum foil and pour sake over it.
- 3. Arrange the taro, shimeji mushrooms, and carrots on top and wrap in aluminum foil.
- 4 Heat on a fish grill for about 8 minutes.
- 5. Add A to a pot, mix, and heat gently.

- 1. Because this fish has been boned, you can safely pour sauce over it.
- 2 If you are worried about choking on ground sesame seeds, try using sesame paste instead.
- 3 Add sesame seeds for extra flavor and energy.
- 4 You can also cook it in a convection oven without wrapping it in foil. Pour the sesame miso over the food after serving it in a serving dish.
