Sauteed silver cod with apple sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Silver Cod (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- a little salt and pepper
- Appropriate amount of flour
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 25g (1/8) apple
- <Seasoning liquid>
- 1/3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- 4g butter
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon water

- Baby leaves, lemon
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1Sprinkle salt and pepper on the silver cod and coat with flour.
- 2. Remove the core from the apples, leaving the skin on, cut them in half lengthwise, and then cut them lengthwise into 6 equal pieces (cut into small cubes).
- 3 Put "2" and the seasoning into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiled, turn off the heat on medium heat while the skin is still red, and cook with the remaining heat.

Steam convection cooking
- 1. Line a hotel pan with parchment paper, arrange the silver cod from step 1, and spray with oil spray.
- Bake in combination mode (30% steam) at 230°C for 8 to 10 minutes.
