Refreshing teriyaki silver cod
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Silver Cod (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 sudachi (sliced)
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Combine seasoning A and marinate the sablefish for 1 hour.
- 2 Grill on both sides.
- Serve in 3 bowls and garnish with sudachi citrus.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Heat in a preheated steamer (combination mode) at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 2 *If heated too much, the flesh will fall apart, so please handle with care.
