Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Plus Silver Cod (bone removed) 60g 1 piece
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 sudachi (sliced)

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Combine seasoning A and marinate the sablefish for 1 hour.
  • 2 Grill on both sides.
  • Serve in 3 bowls and garnish with sudachi citrus.

  • 1. Heat in a preheated steamer (combination mode) at 230°C with 30% steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
