Grilled yellowtail with yuan sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus 60g yellowtail (bone removed) 1 slice
- 36ml of sukiyaki sauce
- Yuzu 0.5g
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Mix the sukiyaki sauce and sliced yuzu, coat the frozen yellowtail all over, and arrange them on a steam convection oven tray. Spread any remaining sukiyaki sauce on the arranged yellowtail.
- 2 Heat in a preheated steam convection oven.

- 1It burns easily, so cook it slowly over low heat. You can also cook it beautifully in a frying pan.
