Grilled yellowtail with cheese | Boneless
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Mini Yellowtail Fillet (Boneless) 30g, 1 piece
- 2g flour
- 1.5g salad oil
- *Spray oil can also be used
- Cheese (melting sliced cheese) 3.5g (1/4 slice)
- 15g broccoli
- <A>
- 2g ketchup
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Coat the frozen yellowtail in flour.
- 2. Add salad oil to a frying pan and cook the yellowtail on both sides over medium heat.
- 3 Add <A> to ② and mix thoroughly.
- 4 Place cheese on top of ③, cover and once the cheese has melted, transfer to a plate and garnish with boiled broccoli.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Coat the frozen yellowtail in flour.
- 2. Place ① in a hotel pan without overlapping and drizzle with salad oil (spray oil can also be used).
- 3. Heat in a preheated convection oven on combi mode at 230°C with 30% steam for about 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and mix with (A), top with cheese and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- 4 Once the cheese has melted, serve on a plate and garnish with boiled broccoli.
- * Preheat the steamer to a temperature 20 to 30°C higher.
