Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Coat the frozen yellowtail in flour.
  • 2. Add salad oil to a frying pan and cook the yellowtail on both sides over medium heat.
  • 3 Add <A> to ② and mix thoroughly.
  • 4 Place cheese on top of ③, cover and once the cheese has melted, transfer to a plate and garnish with boiled broccoli.

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Coat the frozen yellowtail in flour.
  • 2. Place ① in a hotel pan without overlapping and drizzle with salad oil (spray oil can also be used).
  • 3. Heat in a preheated convection oven on combi mode at 230°C with 30% steam for about 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and mix with (A), top with cheese and heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • 4 Once the cheese has melted, serve on a plate and garnish with boiled broccoli.
