  • 1.5g salt
  • 5g flour
  • 0.5g chili pepper
  • 0.5g curry powder
  • 3.6ml salad oil
  • [Side dish]

  • Cilantro

Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1.Sprinkle salt on the frozen yellowtail.
  • 2 Mix the flour with chili pepper and curry powder and sprinkle over (1).
  • 3. Fry (2) in hot salad oil.
  • 4 Add sweet chili sauce and coriander to taste.
