Sockeye salmon steamed with salted kelp and daikon radish
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- plus red salmon fillet 60g
- 4g salted kelp
- 15g daikon radish
- <Side dish>
- Okra, pumpkin
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the daikon radish into thin slices using a slicer.
- 2. Place a baking sheet in a steamer, arrange the sockeye salmon on top and sprinkle with salted kelp.
- 3 Place thinly sliced daikon radish on top.
- 4Wrap in baking paper and steam for about 8 minutes.
- 5 *By steaming it, it can be eaten by people who normally find salted kelp too hard.
- 6 *If you place sliced daikon radish on top, the daikon will soften and the flavor of the kelp will soak into it, making it even more delicious.
- 7 *In the photo of the dish, the radish has been removed so that the fish can be seen more clearly.
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Cut the daikon radish into thin slices using a slicer.
- Line a 2- hole hotel pan with baking paper, arrange the sockeye salmon and sprinkle with salted kelp.
- 3 Place thinly sliced daikon radish on top.
- 4 Heat in steam mode for 10 minutes.
- 5. Place the daikon radish on a plate and top with the sockeye salmon.
