Sockeye salmon stir-fried in stir-fried sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- plus red salmon fillet 60g
- 0.3g salt
- 4g potato starch
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 60g cabbage
- 20g yellow pepper
- 15g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 15g green onion
- 2g sesame oil
- Garlic (minced) 0.5g
- 0.5g ginger (chopped)

- 1.5g soy sauce
- 1.5g sugar
- Granulated Chinese soup stock 0.5g
- a little pepper
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Thaw the sockeye salmon until it can be cut, then cut it into 3-4 equal pieces.
- 2. Cut the Chinese cabbage and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms into thin strips and cut the green onions diagonally into 3mm pieces.
- 3 Sprinkle salt on the salmon in step 1, then place the salmon and potato starch in a plastic bag and coat with the powder.
- 4. Deep fry the salmon at 170°C for 5 to 6 minutes, checking the condition.
- 5 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 6 Add the vegetables from step 2 and stir fry, then add the red salmon from step 4 and adjust the flavor with the seasonings from step A.
POINTApplication tips
- 1 If the vegetables are hard and difficult to eat, you can quickly deep fry them in oil.
- 2 Tenmenjan can be substituted with miso paste and sugar.
