Cooking in a frying pan

  • 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the horse mackerel. Mix the beaten egg with green laver.
  • 2 Grill frozen fish on a grill or similar.
  • 3 Heat oil in a frying pan and make a thin omelet about twice the size of the horse mackerel using eggs mixed with green laver.
