- Plus Norwegian Horse Mackerel Fillet 60g
- a little pepper
- 0.5g salt
- 25g eggs
- 0.5g green laver
- 2g oil
- <Side dish>
- lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the horse mackerel. Mix the beaten egg with green laver.
- 2 Grill frozen fish on a grill or similar.
- 3 Heat oil in a frying pan and make a thin omelet about twice the size of the horse mackerel using eggs mixed with green laver.
- 4. Before the eggs are cooked through, place the grilled horse mackerel on top of the eggs with the skin side facing down (so that the skin of the horse mackerel sticks to the eggs).
- 5 Before the eggs are completely cooked, turn the horse mackerel over to encase it in the eggs. Turn it over several times to keep the shape.
- Serve in 6 bowls and garnish with vegetables.
POINTApplication tips
- 1. Make sure to thoroughly cook the horse mackerel before wrapping it in egg.
- 2In addition to green laver, you can also use curry powder or powdered cheese to make it even more delicious.
- 3. For those on a low-salt diet, grill without adding salt. The green laver adds a nice accent to the flavor, so it's fine to use a light seasoning. vinegar.
