Norwegian horse mackerel three-color bowl
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Norwegian Horse Mackerel Fillet 60g
- <Seasoning A>
- 4.5g soy sauce
- 3g mirin
- 2.5g of sake
- 15g green beans
- 25.0g eggs
- <Seasoning B>
- 0.8g sugar
- 0.2g salt
- Perilla 0.5g
- 150g rice
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Boil the green beans and cut them diagonally.
- 2. Crack the eggs and add B, then mix well. Heat a Teflon frying pan, add the eggs without adding oil, and mix with a spatula to make scrambled eggs.
- 3. Grill the frozen horse mackerel and flake it.
- 4. Put the horse mackerel from step 3 and A into a Teflon frying pan and fry.
- 5. Place rice in a bowl, top with minced horse mackerel, minced egg, and green beans, and garnish with shredded shiso leaves.

- 1. Eggs are also added as a topping to add color and protein.
- 2For those who have no problem swallowing, you can also sprinkle seaweed or ground sesame seeds on top to make it more delicious.
