Horse mackerel with vegetable sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Filleted Horse Mackerel with Tail and Bone Removed ( 1 piece )
- Frying oil (appropriate amount)
- 0.5g wood ear mushrooms (soaked in water)
- 25g onion
- 25g bean sprouts
- 5g green peppers
- 5g carrots
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil (4g)
- <Seasoning liquid A>
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (3g)
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated chicken stock powder
- 50ml water
- a little pepper
- <Seasoning liquid B>
- 1/2 teaspoon potato starch (1.5g)

Cooking in a frying pan
- 1. Cut the wood ear mushrooms, onion, carrot, and bell pepper into thin strips.
