Boiled in horse mackerel chili sauce
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Horse mackerel fillet 60g 1 piece
- 20ml chili sauce
- 10ml water
- 3ml sesame oil
- [Side dish]
- White onion
- White leek
Steam convection cooking
- 1 Place the frozen horse mackerel and white onion in a bowl and toss with sesame oil.
- 2. Place (1) in a hotel pan in a steam convection oven and heat.
- 3 Remove from the heat, pour the chili sauce and water mixture evenly over the pot, cover and heat again.
- Arrange on 4 plates and garnish with shredded green onions.

- 1 Adding peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. will increase the volume.
