Grilled Horse Mackerel with Plum and Shiso
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Horse Mackerel Fillet 60g 1 piece
- 20ml ripe plum sauce
- 1 piece of shiso
- [Side dish]
- Pickled lotus root
Steam convection cooking
- 1. Coat the frozen horse mackerel whole with ripe plum sauce, wrap in shiso leaves, and arrange on a tray in a steam convection oven.
- 2. Spread the remaining sauce on the arranged horse mackerel and heat in a preheated steam convection oven using plenty of steam.
- 3 Serve with pickled lotus root.
POINTApplication tips
- 1 If you can't get hold of ripe plum sauce, you can use plum wine instead.
