- Norwegian horse mackerel fillet 60g
- 5g dried daikon radish
- 10g carrots
- 120g water

- 6g soy sauce
- 6g mirin
- 2.5g of sake
- 1.5g sugar
Cooking in a frying pan
- Soak 1 slice of dried daikon radish and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the carrot.
- 2 Heat water in a pot, add the horse mackerel, dried daikon radish, carrots, and seasonings A, and simmer for approximately 9 minutes.
