  • Norwegian horse mackerel fillet 60g
  • a little pepper
  • 0.3g garlic
  • 4g soy sauce
  • 2g butter

Steam convection cooking

  • 1. Sprinkle pepper on the horse mackerel. Grate the garlic.
  • 2 Add soy sauce, melted butter, and garlic and mix.
  • 3 Mix the Norwegian horse mackerel (1) with the seasonings (2) and arrange them on the grill. Bake in a preheated steam convection oven at 220-230°C with 30% steam for 8-9 minutes, checking the condition while cooking.
