Grilled horse mackerel rice bowl
Ingredients (for 1 person)
- Plus Horse Mackerel Fillet 60g 1 piece
- 6g potato starch
- 2g grated ginger
- 15ml mirin
- 15ml soy sauce
- 45ml water
- [Side dish]
- Rice
- White leek
- Shishito peppers
Cooking in a frying pan
- 1 Coat frozen horse mackerel in potato starch and fry in hot oil.
- 2 Mix grated ginger, mirin, soy sauce, and water and bring to a boil, then add (1) and simmer.
- 3 Place (2) on top of the rice and garnish with shredded green onions and deep-fried shishito peppers.
POINTApplication tips
- 1 You can also use shredded cabbage instead of shishito peppers.
